Weight loss is not a cure for PCOS. No, you cannot control it this way.
You need a good reproductive endocrinologist that gives you ALL the
right tests. All the related PCOS hormone tests, fasting glucose and
insulin, c-peptide to measure you insulin output as fasting insulin does
not always show anything, and possibly your adrenal cortisol and dhea
levels as well.
There's a reason and a cause why you are having all these problems and
why you are not ovulating.
Find a new doctor!!!
