Dear Carmen, I have been down that same road as you. I had 6 cysts rupture in one night on both ovaries. And from what the tech who did the ultrasound said and a friend of mine who is an RN it sounds like the fluid in your ovaries is from the cysts rupturing. I tried sleeping in the bathtub. I'd wake up whenever it starting getting cold and filling it back up with hot water. All I managed to do was run up my electric/water and gas bill, wrinkle my skin, and put a crick in my neck. When my cysts ruptured I had a discharge that looked like vanilla pudding. When the discharge was coming out I was in the worst pain of my life because my cervix was having to dilate open to let the discharge out. They finally found out I have Endometriosis in Dec. I had surgery to remove it and now I'm on Lupron Depot and Aygestin to keep the Endometriosis under control but ever since I started Spiro the pain has gotten worse. The Spiro decreases the Testosterone and ups the Estrogen levels which is opposite of what the Endometiosis needs. Good luck and sending my prayers to you.
