If I were to put a finger on my navel, then move three down and two across to the right..or so..is THAT where your pain is?

I had a pain similar to what you described, except mine went from dull to an intense burning, nothing showed up on most tests, until they sent me for a CT w/contrast..now I don't know if you've had prior kids as you're ttc now, but they thought my pain was a hernia, only in an exploratory abdominal did they find out it was a big collection of endometriosis in the right side pocket of the C-section scar.

I didn't ever have that pain when I was on BCP, matter of fact BCP hid my PCOS, so..I hope you get your pain taken care of, I know how awful it can be
