cyst maybe?

Hi all.... I hope everyone is doing well! I have a question for anyone who feels like answering: If symptoms of a cyst arise...what do they feel like? I have been ttc for a while now, and started to temp chart. I started to get a cramping pain down low in my abdomen around what looked like a possible implant dip on my temp chart. I went into my RE's office for a pg test when I thought af was late, and got a BFN. When my RE looked at my chart, she said I had actually ovulated 6 days later then we thought, on the day we thought possible implant. During my visit, I brought up the cramping pain in my abdomen with her, and she said it is probably the corpus luteum and that the pain will go away when af arrives. Well, af came was really light and short, and the pain has not gone away. I am actually getting it more frequently, and slighty more painful. The pain is a dull stabbing like pain just right and a bit lower than my navel. I sometimes get it on my left side, but it's mostly on my right. Having to have a bm or urinate can make it worse, urinating and having a bm can make it worse, and gas tends to irritiate it. It doesn't really hurt when pushed on, and tends to get more aggrivated as the day wears on, or the more getting up and sitting down I do. Has anyone had a cyst that acted like that? I called my doctor friday twice per her request if the pain didn't go away, and they never called back, so I was just curious if this is anything anyone else can relate to. I am on 2000mg of Metformin a day, and looks to have ovulated the last two months. Any feedback would be wonderful and appreciated!!
