My first cycle of 50 mg Clomid worked fine but then it took me 2 months before I ovulated on the next cycle. I discontinued and my doc didn't know what to do. Then I moved away and got a new doc. She found insulin resistance and that is why it didn't work. Maybe you have this. I am in the process of starting treatment for that first (which usually comes with PCOS) and then you may not even need the Clomid. Have your doc do a fasting insulin and glucose test. Good luck!
