awww, sweetie, this isnt your fault for having PCOS and IR. There is no way you could have brought this on yourself. Alot of  women see the symptoms of PCOS shortly after high school, so late teens, early twenties. There are some who only see the pcos symptoms after they have already had kids. Myself, I gained a total of 100 LBS. and i dont eat fatty things. I joined a gym and everything and it wont come off!!! I gained 70lbs within a months time frame...That was horrible, i had no clothes in my closet that would fit me!!!!! Try low carbing, and pick an excersize routine and stuick to it. I am a manager of this infertility group, and the woman there just excersized and she ovulated sponatiously on her own and now she is prego!! Hang in there
