I am currently on 1000mg of metformin per day and take one tablet each with breakfast and dinner. Starting Saturday, I'm supposed to up my dose again to 1500mg per day (i.e., 3 tablets)...here's my question: for those of you that have done this before, did you take 2 tablets at dinner, 2 tablets at breakfast, or one each at breakfast, lunch, and dinner?
