Read the book "Sugar Busters". And there's another book called the
"Insulin Resistance Diet" that many here on this forum like. There's a
magazine called "Natural Health" that is also excellent in basic whole
healthy living and eating.
Give up the soda pop. Drink water.
When you can, start exercising 5 days a week. Work slowly up to
vigorous workouts of one hour or longer.
