Your gyn sounds like they're at least up to date about PCOS and they are treating you well. You may not find better treatment from a different doctor - but it is worth talking to your gyn about the issues you think aren't being addressed. Mention that since PCOS is an endocrine disorder, you're wondering why an endocrinologist is not coordinating your treatment on it. If you also point out that you are happy with your treatment so far, it should be a good discussion instead of a defensive one!
