The PCOSA chapters are great - it depends a bit on who's running the one in your area but I have found them invaluable! There are people nearby tot alk to, to excercise with, to go out and eat low carb with! They can share doctor referrals and just help you feel less lonely. Connecting is a good thing. GL.
