Holly, it's possible your dosage is too high for you right now. It took me a YEAR to work up to 1500 mg. a day. I started with 250 mg. (1/2 pill) and worked my way up slowly. I know, a little slower than most.

Interesting re: the B12 issue. When I started taking 75 mg. of B Complex (in CAPSULE form) my energy did increase. Good point on it's relation to glucophage. I take a good multi and I take acidolphilus as well.
