Clomid and Diflucan - any harm? Previous message: Lori: "Re: What do you eat? When low carbing." I am taking my first round of Clomid (CD 5-9) and took the last pill yesterday. I felt a yeast infection coming on and asked the nurse if it was okay to take diflucan (I was nervous that it would be painful when I was ovulating). She said it was okay to take so I did. But when I went to get a culture - a different nurse said the diflucan could interfere with the clomid and ovulation in this cycle and I should not have taken it?
