I wish it was that easy. I didn't want to give up with my insurance I really didn't. I appealed like 8 times and they still denied me. I showed them my BMI, my medical problems, PCOS, Diabetes, the future problems, all. They still said no. I didn't want to do Gastric, I wanted LAP BAND. I don't really have the money for a lawyer. But I wish everyone LUCK in getting approved for Lap Band. Please let us know what you did to finally get approved. What it was that was the break thru. GOOD LUCK and GOD BLESS!!!
