I am a sufferer of PCOS and have been totally drained by my many many
failed attempts and losing weight because my body just wont respond to
anything I do. I recently read a very intersting article about a newly
discovered problem called Syndrome X which is all about insulin
resistance in the body and how to combat it. I have since been
following a glyceamic based healthy eating routine with regular
excercice and something finally seems to be working - at last. I
discovered it through the Glycemic research insist. of America

I would not want to jeopardize the few chances I have at conceiving with lack of nutrition. For those of you who are ttc and dieting - what do you do? Also, has anyone been successful with Weight Watchers??
