I recently read a very intersting article about a newly discovered problem called Syndrome X which is all about insulin resistance in the body and how to combat it. I would not want to jeopardize the few chances I have at conceiving with lack of nutrition. For those of you who are ttc and dieting - what do you do? Also, has anyone been successful with Weight Watchers??
