A positive ovulation reading does not mean that you don't have PCOS. I
have VERY VERY normal periods and my doctor thinks I ovulate
occasionally - but very late in the cycle and I have very low
progesterone. So PCOS wasn't even looked for until I had a laproscopy
so I wouldn't hesitate to find out - cause then you will know for sure.
Everyone is different so all our symptoms are very different too! Good
luck!
