Re: Met. Symptoms

I don't have IBS, but mild constipation and PCOS have always gone hand
in hand for me. Gluc/Met did help a lot. I made a recent discovery
though. I always eat a couple fresh fruits before my high protein
breakfast and found that if I drink a small glass of cranberry juice
(the real good stuff from the health food store only) after my fruit and
wait 15 minutes for it to "work" before I continue with my breakfast, I
am in the bathroom within an hour or two, and constipation is
non-existant. I drink the juice every 2 to 3 days, not everyday. And
the more tastey combo juices like cranberry/peach or cranberry/rasberry,
etc. work just fine. Just one of my little experiments.
