Trying to control PCOS only naturally is a nice thought, but it could be bad for your health. Low carb diet, supplements, and exercise are all good things to help control PCOS, but it seems the meds need to be involved too. It all seems to work together.

I tried to deal with PCOS only naturally for awhile. It worked for awhile but then it was obvious I needed the meds. I was so happy I added the meds to my total health plan because I felt so much better and they increased my quality of life. It was so worth it.
