Oh you poor dear. It sounds like you are on the right track with taking
care of yourself, so i wouldn't worry so much. We (pcosers) are at
greater risk for many things like heart disease, cervical, endometrial
cancer; but as long as you are taking care of yourself then don't worry.
I too suffer from panic and anxiety disorders and go through bouts of
obssessing over death. So just tell yourself you are doing the "right"
things to minimize your chances of getting any of those horrible things.
