Oh yes my friend you are not alone. JUst recently I had a period for 4
months. Finally saw a dr and had emergency d&c done. My period finally
ended 2 weeks after the surgery. I was put on bc and haven't stopped
bleeding again since. This has been a way of life for me since I was a
teenage. Every other year i would get a period that would go on for
months but 4 months has been the longest. As everybody will advise you,
make sure you see a reproductive endocrinologist (RE) as they are best
at helping with pcos, although I haven't found one yet!!! Good luck, you
are not alone!
