Hi!
I was giggling while reading these posts because that happened to me too
and I've heard that it happens to quite a few PCOS women who start on
Met. My first month on Met my terrible pre-period cramps were back. I
used to miss one day per month in high school (this was before my PCOS
really progressed) because of my horrible period cramps. So, after I
started the Met, my body went through those "fun" period cramps. Also,
my breasts were so sore, I posted on this forum just to see if that
happens to women who get periods - LOL! It had been quite a while since
I'd had "normal" periods. Anyway, I've now been on Met for over a year
and the cramps are a bit better now and like Amy said, I wouldn't trade
those "lovely" cramps. God bless, Tera
