please, help me to read my blood test results

I have just came back from my GP - strange but they checked only testosterone instead of total 5 things. Well, I do want to believe they will come back later.

It's written: Value Units Range Serum testosterone 2.1 nmol/l (0-3.0U) (PJB) - NORMAL

What does this result mean? Is normal? I found quite different results of other women here on board (60, 70, 90 etc) - are these different values? and what about that range? and what does PJB mean?

Please, help me to figure all this out!!!

Thanks a lot in advance!!!! Yuvi
