Thanks for the encouragement. One of the other problems I have is that I am always soooo tired. Not from exercising, but in general I feel so worn out all the time and because of that I probably exercise less than I should because I would rather lay down and take a nap. My hubby always tells me that I should try to do a little bit of exercing no matter how I feel.
