Re: Do we ever really feel better

Oh . .yes . .yes we CAN feel better!! I'm not a good person to talk right now, as my weight is up to 350.5 (DOWN from 361.5!!) and I'm diabetic now due to my weight, but I feel SO much better than I did in years gone by, and I know that I will feel even "MORE BETTER" (as my children say) as I continue to lose weight and eat right and exercise.

It's all worth it. Some days it's harder to do than others, but when you get to the point where you have three weeks or a month or two of eating right and regular exercise under your belt you can REALLY tell the difference. Some people see results much sooner, after only a week or so.

Just hang in there; it does get better.

By the way -- if someone is exercising and they feel WORSE -- I mean they REALLY REALLY feel WORSE -- then they should be checked out for chronic fatigue syndrome or fibromyalgia, which are known to be exacerbated after exercise.

Best wishes,
