I have been thinking like that for about the last 6 years now. I don't
know if the thoughts ever go away, I have seen a therapist and
everything and I still have the thoughts of getting really sick and
dying and have panic attacks all the time, even though I am on
medication for them. I pretty much just try to live one day at a time
and try to focus on all the positives in my life and thank god when I
get through another day problem free. Then I just hope one day that I
can get control of my PCOS and be happy again.
