Re: What is your family history with PCOS?From: Kristy (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 29 Apr 2003 00:39:27 -0700 (PDT)
Anon, The discussion is about PCOS not Diabetes. Also, I beg to differ with you on your thoughts of that it "is most common in children of Diabetics" b/c while it may be true for some as you say that is not the case for everyone me included even though my mother is Diabetic. And as I said before no one in my family has PCOS regardless of how recent a diagnosis of PCOS is to the medical community. I know you don't agree with me and that's ok. You don't have to agree with me but I know the situation with my family history in relation to PCOS. ===== Kristy :) http://www.geocities.com/sokokl/kristyspersonalpage.html For women who are interested in additional support http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Endo_Vulvodynia_PCOS/ http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Zoladexforendometriosis/ I am a Medical Secretary who does a lot of learning from reading on the Net, books, my dr(s), as well as sharing my own personal experiences.
