Alcoholic drinks of any kind, even a half glass of wine, always made me dizzy and shakey and nauseaus. People used to tease me because it appeared I got "drunk" so fast. I finally realized I was not drunk, but instead it was a quick IR reaction. I decided to completely give it up.

Alcohol never gave me a cold though.
