Both of your stories bring back memories of my IR symptoms. For me, yes, the symptoms you listed were definitely IR related, plus I had many more. Taking glucophage/met definitely worked for me. I started slow and moved up to my current dose of 500 mg. 3 times a day. Hope it helps you too!!
