Hi Michelle, I don't know much about IR, I'm just learning what PCOS is even though I've had symptoms for years. Just wanted to let you know that I have the same symptoms as you. I always feel dizzy and sometimes like I could pass out. And if I go too long without eating (3 to 4 hours) then I get really nauseus and very light headed. I'm very courious to see if these are symptoms of IR, it sure would explain a lot about how I've been feeling and why.
