There are other kinds of sugars in foods that are supposed to be sugar-free and it's not just aspartame.

Also, natural health food stores do not necessarily carry truly sugar free items. So pls be careful with that.

Also, everything we eat or drink regardless of whether it's sugar free or not is going to turn in to sugar when it gets in to our body.
