-- Hi Jami, I haven't been on Demulen but was on two different bcp during the past 8 years (Triphasil and Apri). I went off the Apri in late Dec. It took about 7 weeks for the drug to work its way out of my system, and once it did I was able to sleep better than I have in years. Also, I've only had two extremely mild headaches in the past two months, compared with the 3-4 per week I used to get while on the bcp. I'd definitely recommend talking with your doctor about it.
