Hi, I think I may have PCOS. I am 18, and have hair growth on my chest, abdomen, chin, and sideburns. My periods have recently become irregular, after being almost perfectly regular since they began. I know that this is not normal. The hair is thick and black. How did you seek help for this? I am too embarassed to tell my parents or my doctor about it. Any words of wisdom would be helpful. Kate
