Doctor Who Charges ,400? Reply: Tracy: "Re: Doctor Who Charges ,400?" I live in Wisconsin and have never yet come across a doctor who can treat my pcos symptoms. Every doctor that I have ever seen just tells me to lose weight (5'2", 250 lbs.). I have been told that there is a doctor in either Iowa or Ohio who specializes in pcos and charges $2,400 for the first visit. After the initial visit and several tests, the doctor prescribes an exact diet designed for losing weight with pcos and then sends you back to your home state where you will go to your local clinic every couple of months to have bloodwork done while he monitors your progress from afar.
