Is anyone from AL? I just moved here about a year and a half ago (got married to a military guy) and was told about 8 months ago with PCOS from a new GYN. After reading all these post, I am starting to wonder if my GYN is right for me. All he did was put me on BC Pills, but even with that in the last 8 months I have only had 3 periods. I was reading from other messages that some people with PCOS w/o IR can still find help with Glucophage (sp?). What does it help with? Is that (glucophage) something that I should ask the dr. about? I am so lost with all of this. Even if I change drs, I dont know any other GYNs here. My email is RM080781@aol.com if anyone can help.
