Amy-
I think your best bet is to see a reproductive endocrinologist. They really
have it together on this syndrome. My doc gave me vaniqa. It is helping alot
with the thickness of the hair. After you pluck or wax you put it on and
when the hair grows back each time it makes it not appear so dark and thick.
It is a long hard haul to get the treatment you deserve but stick with it,
once you get on the right track you feel like you are getting your life
back. It empowers you with all of the possibilities that are out there now.
I go through the anxiety and you have to learn what is real and what is just
your hormones. I couldn't desipher the two and began living the psychotic
anxiety every day. My hubby didn't want me to work but that left alot of
"spare" anxiety time in my day. I got a job and now I don't have that much
time to let the anxiety bother me. Remember to take care of that body and
mind..... you have to wear it for a really long time.
Hoping you are feeling better
