I suffer from PCOS, Depression & Anxiety, and Hypothyroidism. I have been on Zoloft on and off for a couple of years now. It wasn't until I was put on a thyroid pill in January of this year, that I started sleeping more normally. I had thought it was the anxiety keeping me awake. I would be tired all day long, and the minute I laid down, I couldn't rest. Since they adjusted my dose a few weeks ago, I am sleeping even better. If you haven't had your thyroid checked, I would to be sure. It sure helped me.
