Liver, PCOS just wanna get going on TTC

I have been lurking here for a while, and now I seem to have my own dilemna that maybe someone else here has gone through. I recently m/c, so I went back to endocrinologist to get back on metformin before I try again. Well, he did bloodwork and found my liver enzymes ALT(66) and AST(50) to be slightly elevated, as well as testosterone. Now I have to have a CAT scan of my liver and ovaries before we do any metformin. The nurse mentioned possibly Fatty liver, and I have noticed many women have discussed that here. I have not really been able to find out what people with fatty liver tend to run on enzymes. I had to have 2 d&cs with gen. anesthesia, been on painkillers, antibiotics, and progesterone in the last 2 weeks. I am hoping that maybe all of this trauma to my body may be the only problem. Anyone else have any experience with all of this? Thanks for any input you might have!
