I got it last Thursday and am in the process of reading through it. It's pretty easy to understand. It actually follows a lot of nutrition principles you hear frequently (i.e. eat more frequent, small meals, include plenty of fiber). I've followed it the last two days and haven't had the afternoon fatigue I normally get. Too soon to tell on the weight loss, but I'm hopeful that will come! Becky
