I get the pounding and heart fluctuation all the time, I chalk it up to
anxiety and stressing from all the other PCOS sysmptoms that we deal
with daily. What I wouldn't give to just have one day of feeling happy
and healthy and not have to worry about if I can go through the day
without hot flashes and dizzy spells and all the other worries.
