PCOS symptoms - anxiety, rosacea

Hi ladies. Just thought I'd put in my two cents. I'm 39, have probably had PCOS since puberty but was diagnosed in 1992 at age 28 and put on BCP. Been on glucophage XR 2000 mg since 2000 and Actos 30 mg since 2002.

In addition to the usual PCOS symptoms, I have rosacea, fortunately not too much acne, just the red cheeks. I also have been having some problems since about December of 2001 which I now chalk up to anxiety. My heart pounds hard enough that sometimes I can count my pulse without feeling for it with my fingers. Sometimes it feels like my heart hiccups. Sometimes I think I catch myself holding my breath. I have burning in the middle of my chest which is attributed to acid reflux. I have come to believe that my problem is anxiety-related, since nothing else has shown up on various tests. Like somebody else said, it's been so long since I felt good that I don't really remember the feeling. Does anybody else have the pounding, hiccuping heart?
