I'm so tired all the time...anyone else?

I have had PCOS since or should say I was diagnosed at 20 and am now 32. I have noticed that I pretty much have felt like crap for the past few years. I wonder if it is just a accumulation of things from PCOS and if my hormones are so out of whack that this is causing it. I am not on anything but Provera for my periods which I only take every other month or so. I am basically always tired, moody, have high levels of anxiety/panic attacks and feel lousy most of the time.

Does anyone have these symptoms or has anyone found a medication that helps to level out our bodies and make you feel better daily?

They tried to get me on Metformin and I was so sick on it that they took me off. I have been on BCP and they didn't do anything but make me more moody!

I have a lot of problems with my joints being sore now and I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not. I do have a family history of Arthritis.

Just curious if anyone else feels like crap like I do the majority of the time. The scary thing is that I can't even remember when I felt "normal" or "good" for about 15 years or more. I have just become so accustomed to feeling like crap that I have forgotten that it isn't normal to feel like this.

Not to mention that I can't lose weight whether I am on a low carb/no carb diet or I exercise religiously!

Help! Deanna
