Hey all,
I am so glad to know that I am not alone. People don't understand why I
have such bad Anxiety at times. With me it is mostly the breathing
thing...I wonder why that is. I feel as if I am not breathing so I
concentrate on my breathing more and then I start hyperventilation. It
sucks! I have Xanax for when the episodes get really bad..otherwise I
try to just relax myself and get through it. I also have had Panic
attacks when this happens. There has to be something that can help
level our hormones and get this under control withouth anti-depressants,
etc...
I have a Dr. appointment to talk about things and will ask him and let
everyone know.
