Hey girl, Loosing 8 pounds is alot better than gaining 8. I get frustrated too bending over backwards to loose just a little bit while my husband's diet plan consist of eating like a normal human and the pounds fall right off him. Keep your chin up. WE all get these days. I hope you're doing ok on atkins while taking metformin. Met is an insulin sensitizer and if you're not eating some carbs in can mess with your blood sugar big time. Take care.
