At Hi there! I wonder what are you eating? try to eat mostly protein and green vegetables, to me eating is gross, but still I notice when I don't eat I feel realy nauceous and my sugar levels go a little up or way down.

I am hypoglicemic, I will recomend to try to eat little and often, but I understand sometimes is not fun.

specially when your diet is so limited, and when the met makes you feel not very hungry and not very good.

good luck
