I really don't think that's enough information to say. It could be just
about anything. It could be a period coming. It could be late
ovulatory spotting, if being sick made your cycles screwy. It could be
implantation bleeding, if you did ovulate and had sex. It could be
something very serious. It could be nothing at all.
Why not take a test and see?
