Provera, period, miscarriage??? Previous message: lisa: "PCOS and Liposuction" this is my second cycle of provera. I was just diagnosed with PCOS in January. So my doctor thought it would be good to put me on Provera to get my ovualuting and to have my periods. Well I did it in February and everything turned out good. I got my period the day after I took pill on day 28.(I only take a pill on day 14-28). Well in March, I got my period on the 7th and started my pills on the 20th. I had unprotected sex on the 21st. I also believe that is one of my fertile days. And well on the 28th, I had some brown spotting and on the 29th I had heavy bleeding along with clear fluid. Now is a sign of an early miscarriage or just my period coming early? I took a HPT and it came out negative. But I'm not suppose to get my period until the 6th of April.
