Testosterone levels after pregnancy

Dear Doctors & friends,

In January I went thru a fetal demise in my 5th month. After that I have gone thru a series of tests with my endocrinologist (since I was on insulin in pregnancy) and OB.

Endo says that my testosterone levels were very high

end of January it was 174. now at the end of March its 61

Can someone explain what this means?

I have researched a lot on the web but not able to find out what are NORMAL levels in WOMEN.

i was told that 65-119 is range for ovulating women, 54-71 for women on oral contraceptives and 50-102 post menopausal. Does that mean I am not ovulating? Why was there a sudden drop from 174->61?

Awaiting answers ..

Thanks, Anna.
