Kelly, I have used the monitor for 6 months now and it has NEVER been wrong with my ovulation.

You are right that the first month using it, it will give you false highs-particularly if you are taking Clomid. Nowadays, it knows me very well and I get 2-3 days of high, 2 days of peak, and then one high day after Ovulation. It has never been wrong-of course, my RE isn't sure if I even have PCOS, but. I have also never had a problem with OPKs.
