The cysts that some women with PCOS have are usually veyr numerous and tiny; they tend to look as though the ovary is wrapped in a 'string of pearls' or, a description I enjoy more, like the ovary is a choc chip cookie :) Larger cysts, especially on their own, are usually from a source other than PCOS.

The bathroom problems and nausea aren't something associated with PCOS either. I'm sure a lot of different things can cause them - as well as causing irregular periods. If you don't have any of the PCOS symptoms, I would question a diagnosis based solely on irregular periods. There are so many other causes behind that that should be looked into. GL -
