Next in thread: Jane: "Re: down in the dumps" Reply: Jane: "Re: down in the dumps" I was diagnosed with PCOS at 18 (am now 32) and lately I have no self esteem or confidence in myself, mainly due to hair loss and facial/body hair, and also being unsuccessful at getting pregnant and losing weight. I have seen a doctor and am currently taking medication for anxiety/depression, but has not really helped my moods. Any ideas as to what I could do? I do not want PCOS to win!
