Talking to Peter (the acupuncturist) he said that it can take months... and it doesn't cure it but in all the cases he's seen like this it has helped to some extent.

Well I figure I'll try it and if it works for me YAY if it doesn't then.. Oh well.. I'm quietly optimistic.. If it can just help with the weight then I'll be happy - or help me to feel better and more energised.. which I think it has.

Well everyone I'd spoken to about it had the same reaction as you - it really worked well for them. I searched the net and found a few articles about it, and they all sounded positive. So I thought I might as well try it. Drinking the beetroot juice is proving to be a bit of a problem tho... heh I hate to think how the herbs will go. But it's worth a try, and as you said postive thinking.
